Information We Collect

We collect contact details, project context, uploaded files, conversation transcripts, form submissions, and technical metadata required to evaluate AI or cloud project fit, respond to enquiries, and operate our website securely.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to requests, scope AI and cloud projects, maintain the security of our systems, improve service quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Training Data and ML Workloads

Client-provided datasets, model weights, feature definitions, and training pipelines are treated as confidential business material. These are processed only within the agreed cloud environment, are never mixed across client engagements, and are deleted or returned according to the project agreement.

Cloud Storage and Pipeline Security

Data stored in cloud environments (AWS S3, GCP Cloud Storage, Azure Blob) is encrypted at rest and in transit. Data pipeline infrastructure uses least-privilege IAM policies, network isolation, and audit logging. No client data is stored on personal devices or laptops.

International Processing

Deepthena serves organizations across regions. Information may be processed by cloud service providers in multiple jurisdictions. We use data processing agreements, encryption, and access controls to maintain appropriate protections regardless of geography.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by using the privacy request mechanism below. Project data is governed by the terms of the applicable client agreement.

This policy covers website interactions, contact form submissions, AI assistant conversations, and data service discovery discussions that occur before any separate client agreement is signed. Once a project agreement is in place, the terms of that agreement govern how project-specific data is handled.
