All AI agent builds, cloud infrastructure projects, data engineering work, and software development services require a separate written statement of work. That document defines the specific deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, and payment terms for each engagement.
Deepthena provisions and configures cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure. The cloud provider's own SLA governs the underlying infrastructure availability. Deepthena's responsibility covers architecture design, configuration correctness, security hardening, and monitoring setup , not the cloud provider's uptime.
Project deliverables, custom code, architecture designs, and documentation produced under a paid engagement are transferred to the client according to the statement of work. Deepthena retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies unless explicitly transferred.
Each statement of work specifies acceptance criteria for each deliverable. Payment follows the milestone or recurring schedule defined in that agreement. Work begins after the statement of work is signed and the initial payment is received.
You are responsible for ensuring that datasets, code samples, API keys, configuration files, and project information submitted to Deepthena can lawfully be shared and do not violate any third-party rights or applicable regulations.
AI, machine learning, and data engineering outcomes depend on data quality, infrastructure access, stakeholder decisions, and production deployment conditions. Discovery-phase conversations and website interactions do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.
Deepthena's liability for any claim arising from website use or service engagements is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
Questions about these terms, requests for a sample statement of work, or clarification before sharing a project brief can be sent through the contact mechanism below.
AI agent development, cloud infrastructure provisioning, data pipeline engineering, and software delivery services depend on data access, infrastructure decisions, resource availability, and a mutually agreed scope document that defines what will be built, when it will be delivered, and how acceptance will be determined.
